Pharmaqo US – MK677 (IBUTAMOREN) is a potent, long-acting, orally-active, selective, and non-peptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor and a growth hormone secretagogue, mimicking the growth hormone (GH)-stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin. It has been demonstrated to increase the release of, and produces sustained increases in plasma levels of several hormones including GH and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), but without affecting cortisol levels.
How it Works
MK677 works by targeting the ghrelin receptors in the brain, which are responsible for stimulating the release of growth hormone. It also affects other metabolic processes, increasing appetite and altering how the body metabolizes fat.
Dosage
10-50mg per day.
How to Take
Take orally with or without food, usually once daily.
