2. Eligibility for Replacement Replacement is available only for items that were damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to assess the damage and determine the eligibility for replacement on a case-by-case basis.
3. Process and Shipping Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
4. Limitations Please note that we do not offer replacements for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling after delivery. This policy is strictly limited to damages occurring during shipment.
